So have you heard of a band from Germany know as Edguy? If not, you have been missing out on some great metal/rock music. A friend and I caught one of there shows at a local venue called the Pearl Room, and they played just an awesome set. They are definitely an energetic band as they involve the crowd fully every step of the way.

We have both been listening to Edguy for a couple years now and they have a great metal sound with the vocal talent to back it up. So if you have not heard of them, you may just want to check them out if this genre of music suites you.

The concert crew (Julie, Bob and I) ventured to yet another rock show this week and saw Bon Jovi and Nickelback at Soldiers Field, Chicago. I brought along the camera to capture the event and of course I have to share the pics with everyone, enjoy!

I wish I could say this concert was the coolest rock show ever, but unfortunately terrible sound quality and a general lack of volume left a lot to be desired. We still had a lot of fun hanging out and listening to the tunes though. And I must admit it was very cool to hear 50,000 plus people singing Wanted Dead or Alive!

The Def Leppard and Journey concert tour came to Chicago last night and what a show it was! I took a few okay shots from the show so I figured I would share. If you get a chance to see this show while they are on tour, do it, as you will have a rockin’ good time…
