So have you heard of a band from Germany know as Edguy? If not, you have been missing out on some great metal/rock music. A friend and I caught one of there shows at a local venue called the Pearl Room, and they played just an awesome set. They are definitely an energetic band as they involve the crowd fully every step of the way.

This time around another illustration - “A Solitary Beach” is meant to showcase the use of unified gradients withing Illustrator. I have not posted anything gaming related in a while, but I have been playing some games here and there. Most recently I finally finished Bioshock which was an amazing game by the way. But you probably already knew that! This is a surreal action/role playing/FPS game that is set in the 1950’s with plenty of visual appeal, amazing audio, strong game play mechanics, and good story telling which fully define this cinematic gaming experience.

“New Adventure” is an illustration that hopefully inspires a sense of exactly that, seeking out a new adventure or challenge. My latest challenge, well creating this illustration of course as this stuff is a lot of work. And my new challenge, continuing to create more illustrations. In all seriousness though, hopefully you will always look forward to the next new adventure.
