Can you tell when you have spent too much time sitting at a computer? Well at times it seems like I spend far too much time doing exactly this, staring at a computer screen, but for good reasons for the most part. With being in school (online) and working at a job that requires quality time with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor –  the computer has become a near natural extension of my being, well almost.

I am sure there are many of you out there just like me, but this is not to say we don’t have lives, right? I actually love to get away from my computer just as much as I love to spend quality time with it. So I guess you are wondering why I am carrying on about this, well no reason in particular other than I have spent most of the day at my computer and just felt like sharing some seemingly lackluster insights of my own.
