I received my copy of the HD DVD version of the Planet Earth miniseries a couple day ago and have had some time to watch a few of the episodes in full high definition. All I can say is WOW, now this is what HD is all about.

Again, I do highly recommend this series as it is stunning in every way from picture quality to content and truly something worth your time. So if you have not yet had a chance to view this series, what are you waiting for? You won’t regret the time you spend doing so…trust me!

Besides it will give you something worthwhile to do with about 11 hours of your free time. Now if I can only find some time to watch the rest of them myself. Got to go…bye now!

I’ve just started watching the first DVD (From Pole to Pole) and it’s great.
The color is fantastic and the filming unbelievable. It’s amazing that they were able to get the pictures and closeups that they did. These are certainly worth watching!
