I have spent a little bit of time with Media Player 11 and I must admit that this is a substantial upgrade over Media Player 10. There is no doubt the next generation of Windows Media Player is ready to play hardball and compete very well while doing so. If you want to check it out for yourself, download the beta release direct from Microsoft. And checkout what PC Magazine has to say about Media Player 11 as well.

The following article offers an interesting outlook with regards to yet another video game crash in possibly the not to distant future. I can’t say that I agree 100% with the statements made by the writer of this article, but none the less it is an interesting read. There is of course room for argument both for and against some of the reasoning claimed by the author, though I must say that I feel this is unlikely as gamers still seemed to be interested in buying what the industry is selling. Time will tell if this chaos theory proves true and in the interim read on and see what you think.
