Bio:

My name is Chris Allen and I currently reside in Northwest Indiana. I am a graphic designer with experience in both web and print mediums and one who is always motivated to become skilled at something new; to be continually creative. I consider myself to be an ongoing student of design, a creative individual, and all around good guy. Additionally, I have been blogging and maintaining a site here since 2005 and have always had an inherent interest in Web content creation and the medium as a whole.

Some History – getting from there to here. In 2005 I decided to further pursue my interests in Web and Graphic Design by returning to school to attain my Bachelors degree in Web Design and Multimedia. It was time for a change of pace, and I was intent on achieving new successes in a different career path while building upon my current skill set. I graduated in October of 2007, thereby taking a significant step towards the realization of this new endeavor.

At present, my goal is that of transitioning from my current career into a successful and rewarding design centric profession. As with any new venture it may take some time, but I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead. Graphic Design is my passion and being creative is something I enjoy doing, and doing competently.
