Hello. I'm Chris Allen; web and graphic designer, creative content producer.

In effect, I create and implement content in visual mediums.
About me:

I am a web designer by education, which in turn, falls under the broader scope of graphic design and visual communication in general. Essentially, you have to know something about the latter in order to accomplish the former, and that’s what I bring to the table – a well-rounded creative perspective resulting from my experiences in visual content creation. Of course there is always something more to learn as mine is an ever evolving profession. So, I choose to continually direct my focus forward to the next creative opportunity, as being creative is what I enjoy doing, and doing competently.

A few more details:

This is my personal website, portfolio, and blog used for sharing both my creative as well as general interests. It is also a showcase for my digital artwork and other creative efforts. In addition to my featured work here, I maintain my professional portfolio at Sketch Graphx, a web design and development studio providing quality design services to individuals, professionals, and small business owners. Through Sketch Graphx I partner with select clients that understand the need for quality design and how it can help them to expand and build upon their brands.

  • Deep Space Vista - February 20, 2010

Its been a while in the making, but I have finally finished up on my latest digital art work, Deep Space Vista. I've always had an interest in concept art especially from the Science Fiction and Fantasy genres for books, movies, and games, so trying my hand at a 'space scene' of some sort was something I'd been wanting to do.
